Hi there, I’m Brit, and I believe creativity can radically improve your mental health.
I know it’s possible to work through painful thoughts and emotions with creative therapy because I’ve done it myself. As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive human, creative therapy has helped me process and understand my intense worries and fears and become the person I am today.
In my therapy practice, I focus on working with children, teens, and adults who are not looking for just a talk therapist. I primarily use creative therapies such as drawing, painting, collaging, and other visual forms of expression in your therapy session. If you would like to learn more about how I can support you or someone you love, send me a message. I look forward to connecting with you!

A little bit about me..
When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me spending time with my family or friends or making things. I really value the creative process, so I spend a lot of time making things that sometimes get finished. Exploring with my kiddos, making photographs, collaging, and avoiding the laundry pile are some of my favorite hobbies. One day I want to start a therapeutic art residency for families.
