Insurance & Sliding Scale
I accept the following insurances: Aetna, AmeriHealth Caritas, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Healthy Blue of NC, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. I am an out-of-network provider for other insurances, and can provide a monthly superbill upon request if your insurance company will reimburse you.
I also offer a limited number of affordable needs-based sliding scale appointments.
Good Faith Estimates (GFE) are available for all existing and future clients written, orally spoken, or sent via mail. Please inquire.
